Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a client based in Sileby, Leicestershire.
This is a permanent post offering an immediate start.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 17:00pm
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience in a similar job role.
- Posting to sage accounts software
- Management & entry of cashbook
- Raising, Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Cost accounting
- General office duties
- Experience with the use of Sage50 is required
- Experience in accounts work or accountancy is required
- Competent computer knowledge
- Experience communicating with others over email & phone
- Experience in a commercial office environment
You will work under the supervision of our clients Commercial and Accounts Managers.
We are looking for someone near the start of their career, but that has had some relevant experience.
You will be required to work from our clients office location, LE12
- 28 days holiday including 8 bank holidays and 5 required
- Christmas period days
- Free on-site parking
- Mileage Claim (Where applicable)
