Admin & Business Support Officer
Ace Appointment Midlands Ltd. are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator and Business Support Officer for a client based in Leicester City Centre.
This is a temporary but long term post.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 – 12 months experience in a similar job role.
The successful candidate will be required to assist with the support and monitoring of tasks of staff at the lower levels of the career matrix, where directed.
Further Job Duties include:
Assisting in the implementation of significant new
processes or procedures under the guidance of
managers, to improve ways of working within
Assists managers within the service in the
development of complex service/ divisional
reports to required timescales.
Administers processes for emergency planning,
evacuation and accommodation issues, as
Reports and monitors the rectification of more
faults such as equipment failures.
Ensures discarded documentation including
confidential documentation is dealt with.
