Business Development Consultant
Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Consultant to join an existing team based in Leicester.
This is a full time role that will allow for 4 days remote working and 1 office based day.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 17:00pm (30 minutes for lunch)
This role could become permanent for the candidate displaying the right attributes and key skills.
We are seeking a confident and positive individual to join our current team and support with furthering business development and sales based activities within the recruitment industry. With sites in Leicester and Northampton, these are the market sectors we are actively targeting and looking to grow.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 18 months experience within the recruitment industry and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a solid work history as the successful candidate will be someone we hope to retain and grow their skill set within our business.
Previous proven experience of successfully carrying out similar activities is essential along with ability to accurately record and update our internal CRM system.
Strong IT knowledge is advantageous along with the ability to follow instructions and carry out job duties assigned within a time frame specified.
The recruitment industry has many high’s and low’s, for this reason, we are looking for an individual who has a ‘can-do’ attitude and quickly bounces back from disappointment.
Once a 3 month probation period is successfully completed, a bonus scheme will be implemented. We are offering 20 days holiday per year (3 which as saved for Christmas and New Year) + 8 days Bank Holiday.
Previous experience of both temporary and permanent recruitment across a wide sector of markets is ideally sought but not essential.
The successful candidate will be required to work from our Leicester site, once per week. You will be required to make sales / BD calls to historical and new clients, promoting our recruitment service and seeking to gain business opportunities. You will also be skilled a carrying out recruitment processes, ensuring any new opportunities are successfully filled.
