Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary division is currently recruiting for Contact Worker to work within a local authority based in Leicester.
Pay Rate: £10.93 P/H
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week
The successful candidate will supervise contact and undertake parenting assessments within a planned and structured framework for children in the care of the Local Authority and their families and contribute to wider social care assessments, where children are subject to legal orders. Also the right candidate will provide cover for colleagues when necessary.
Working with ethnic minorities
Working with children with special needs/learning disabilities
knowledge of legislation (Children’s Act 1989 & 2004, Every Child Matters, and LSCB Protocol)
At least level 3 Diploma for Children & Young People’s Workforce or Equivalent
