Customer Service Advisors
Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary division is currently recruiting for excellent customer service advisors/administrators to work from home on a 6 month temporary contract.
Pay Rate – £9.00 Per Hour
Shifts Available:
- Shift 1 –Wednesdays:16.45pm – 08.30am & Friday 16.45pm – 08.30am – (15.5 hours per week)
- Shift 2 – Tuesday – Saturday 00.30am – 08.30am – (37.5 hours per week)
- Shift 3- Saturdays: 08.15am – 16.30pm & Sundays:08.15am – 16.30pm – (15.5 hours per week)
- Shift 4 – Saturdays:16.15pm – 08.30am & Sundays: 16.15pm – 08.30am – (15.5 hours per week)
- Shift 5 – Sundays: 00.15am – 08.30am & Mondays 00.15am – 08.30am – (15.5 hours per week)
Skills Required:
- Good level of secondary education
- Fast and accurate computer keyboard skills
- Numerate with good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate including excel and outlook
- Excellent customer service and admin skills in an office environment

You must be available to start on Monday 4th January for online training which will be for 2 days during office hours and ready to go live on Wednesday 6th January.
