Ace are recruiting for an experienced HR advisor to work in the leicestershire area
Job Role:
To provide a comprehensive HR service to a range of customers, including internal/external stakeholders and partners, ensuring that the service provided is focused on delivering innovative business solutions.

KEY CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Be an integral member of the Corporate HR Team.
Maintain an effective working relationship with HR Business Partners, the Learning and Development Team, the Health & Safety and Welfare Service and the Employee Service Centre
Promote a focus on quality and performance
Contribute to developing and delivering the HR Business Plan in line with the organisational strategy and objectives.
Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy.
Promote the Clients values and principles when working with stakeholders and partners.
Ensure so far as possible a consistent application of the Clients policies and procedures across all Departments.
Contribute to the Equality and Diversity agenda
Assist with the learning and development of colleagues within the HR function.
Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
You Must have:
·Relevant Degree or professional/management qualification

·Experience of providing effective & practical HR advice & support on the following topics:

– recruitment & selection

– safeguarding

– grievance & dignity at work

– disciplinary, capability & probation

– attendance management & the mgt of ill-health

– equality & diversity

– organisational change

– terms & conditions/contract mgt

– pay & reward

– leave,  allowances & benefits

Experience of developing and implementing effective and practical HR policies, procedures, guidance, processes and/or tool kits for managers and employees
