HR Administrator – 3 months contract
Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are recruiting for experienced HR Administrator for a client based in Leicester (LE19).
This is a full time, temporary post for 3 months that will require the ideal candidate to be able to work 37 hours per week.
Pay rate: £8.21
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work full time
- Have exceptional administration skills – Excel, Word
- Have a strong background in administrative roles
- Have a background in HR
Be able to communicate effectively to all parts of the business
The job role involves:
- New starter Audit packs
- COD letter
- Contractor checks
- RTW inbox
- Suffix /line manager changes
- New starter/Exit interview bookings
- Interview support (tests etc)
- Website queries (Work experience etc)
- Forwarding ref requests
- Parental leave / Flexible working request letters
- Phone cover
- Restaurant orders
