HR Administrator ( LE1 )
Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a client based in central Leicester.
This is a full time but temporary post offering a long term assignment duration.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Total hours per week: 37
The ideal candidate will hold the below work based experience:
- Experience of carrying out complex administration tasks with little direction.
- Experience of using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and non-standard IT applications
- Experience of, or ability to, support complex meetings, including arranging, producing and circulating papers, taking minutes and following up actions.
- Experience of, or ability to lead on implementation of new systems and processes to improve working in service areas, and supporting lower level staff to implement these.
- Experience of dealing with customers and officers at all levels and communicate effectively
We are seeking someone with good knowledge of confidentiality and data protection and a good level of literacy and numeracy skills.
