Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are recruiting for experienced HR Administrator for vacancies based with a Local Government contract based in Leicester.
This is a full time, temporary post that will require the ideal candidate to be able to work 37 hours per week.

The key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Working in a busy HR admin team.
- Updating hierarchal information in the HR system
- Running pre-built Business Objects reports
- Manipulating large volumes of data within excel, ability to use VLookups and pivot tables
- Routine data input in HR system (i-Trent)
- Using data from system to answer simple Freedom of Information requests
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work full time
- Have exceptional administration skills – Excel, Word
- Have a strong background in administrative roles
- Have a background in HR
- Be able to communicate effectively to all parts of the business
