Human Resources Administrator
Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Administrator based with a client in Melton Mowbray.
Assignment duration: Temporary lasting until January / February 2022
Working hours: 32 hours per week
Work location: Office based, Melton area
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and previous experience of working in Human Resources is hugely advantageous but not essential. Our client is seeking a temporary colleague to join their HR team and support ongoing business functions.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main duties will include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our clients HR department supports their employees while conforming to internal and external policies.
Proven work experience as an Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Experience with bespoke software
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Our client is prepared to consider flexible working hours i.e. 3 days per week / Monday – Friday
