Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd are seeking an experienced Media Coordinator to join an established and growing business based in Leicestershire.
This is a permanent and office based job role.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 17:00pm
This role is suited to a candidate well versed in both Media and Sales support based work experience, seeking an exciting opportunity to grow and develop their existing skill set.
This role will see you reporting directly into the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience in a similar job role, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be keen to learn and grow their skill set and have heaps of enthusiasm,
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the below job duties:
Making social media posts, using Instagram, YouTube and Facebook primarily
Changing, correcting/ updating product specification on the website and eBay
Handling basic engineering based inquiries, compiling quotation and sending these to customers
Video production, YouTube videos, Instagram stories and TikToks
Labelling and packaging engineering based products ready for dispatch
Competitor price summary and overview
Taking images of certain parts of machine per customer request
Uploading videos/ content gathered from engineers (IG, YT, TKTK)
Learn how to use the company website back-end and become somewhat competent at completing any task, training will be provided for this
