Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd. are recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator for a client based in Leicestershire.
This is a temporary role offering 2 – 3 working days per week.
The role is based in Croft, Leicestershire (LE9).
Our client is seeking an experienced administrator with excellent organisation, customer service and data entry skills. The role will require the successful candidate to deal with a wide array of queries – possessing exception customer service skills will be of utmost importance including the ability to escalate and put in motion the necessary steps to resolve the issue being dealt with.
The role itself will be based within the Group Support Team and this team are responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the building including checks, post, dealing with reception, providing admin support to senior team member and note taking during meetings.
