Ace Appointments Midlands Ltd. are recruiting, on behalf of a client, for Telemarketing Specialist’s based in Leicester.
This is a permanent position based with a global manufacturing firm.
The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of Telemarketers.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm
Work Location: Beaumont Leys, Leicester (onsite parking available)
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience in a similar job role and most importantly be confident and capable of executing high volumes of outbound calls. Previous experience of overcoming objections and speaking directly with key decision makers is essential including the ability to build and grow customer relationships. Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills will further ensure you excel in this post and being able to ‘think on your feet’ and problem solve will ensure the purpose of the call is achieved. Information and data gathered during the phone calls will need to be recorded on an electronic spreadsheet / CRM system so paying close attention to details and accurately maintaining and updating of databases is of utmost importance.
Our client is offering additional incentives to candidates performing successfully in their job roles and this includes annual bonuses to the value of £2 000.00.
Successfully appointed candidates will not be required to source leads from scratch.
