Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary division is currently recruiting for Contact Centre / Call Centre Agents to work within a busy and vibrant call centre environment.

 

These roles may offer the promise of permanent work for suitable and interested applicants.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities with include, but are not limited to:

High volume inbound telephone liaison

Dealing with general enquires

Booking the delivery of items of mail

Confirming and updating contact details and addresses

Data entry and maintaining database information

Complaint and objection handling

Hours of work:

10.00 – 19.00 to include a Saturdays with a day off in the week. The Saturday is non negotiable

It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:

 

 

Sound knowledge of basic administrative functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc)

 

Previous inbound and outbound contact centre experience

 

Accurate data inputting skills

 

Excellent time management skills

 

Computer literate

 

Confident and friendly telephone manner

 

Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems

 

Ability to work under pressure
