Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary and Permanent division is currently recruiting for a variety of CONTACT CENTRE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINSTRATIVE STAFF to hold roles such as CLAIMS HANDLERS / ALLOCATORS / CLAIMS ADMINISTRATORS / LOSS SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATORS / COMPLAINT HANDLERS / CLAIMS ENTRY CLERKS to work in a lovely centralised office in Wellingborough which offers free parking.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Mediating and progressing the repair of vehicles and the insurance claim process
•Inbound and outbound telephone liaison to update relevant parties
•Customer services and complaint handling
•Maintaining a customer database
•Meeting targets
•Complying with Data Protection Act
•General administration
•Reporting to the management team

Days of work: Shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00 (08.00 – 16.30 / 09.00 – 17.30 etc). You must also be flexible to work a Saturday once a month on a rota basis.
Pay Rate: £16 – £18K, dependent upon role and experience

Start Date: ASAP, subject to registration, interview, vetting, skill testing and referencing.

Duration: Temporary and Permanent (without legal obligation)

Training: Excellent training and mentoring

Essential Candidate Requirements:
•Experience working within a customer focussed role
•Confident and friendly telephone manner
•Ability to remain calm under pressure
•Motivated, resilient and target driven
•Accurate data inputting skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
•Good speaking and listening skills
•Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
•Experience of working in a financial organisation and adhering to the Data Protection Act would be an advantage
