Customer Service Advisor
Duties and responsibilities with include, but are not limited to:
Supporting a busy call centre, that recovers debts and arranges payment plans.
Investigating and resolving queries and problems that are passed from the call centre
Monitoring the collection of monies, updating debtor information
Process payments and allocate them to the relevant account
Recording complaints and call history information
Negotiating and arranging payment terms / plans.
Telephone liaison, responding to email and letter requests
Assisting on a cash desk and providing reception support
Hours of work 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday
It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:
Sound knowledge of basic administrative functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc)
Good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
