Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary to Permanent division is currently recruiting Outbound / Inbound / Debt Recovery / Call Centre Agents /Collections Associates to work with our prestigious client within a busy, modern, and vibrant office environment in Northampton.

You will work with a great team of professional people and receive excellent training and career progression opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Dealing with outbound calls, high volume
•Making calls to receive payments for outstanding debts / arrangements.
•Negotiating and arranging payment terms
•Customer services and complaint handling
•Maintaining a customer database
•Meeting targets
•Complying with Data Protection Act
•General administration
•Reporting to the management team

Pay Rate:£7.50per hour when temporary, plus bonuses / commissions payable and excellent prospects when permanent, OTE £24-£26K (without legal obligation and at management discretion)

Start Date: ASAP, subject to registration, interview and referencing.

Duration: Up to twelve weeks, with potential temp – perm available (without obligation)

Training: Excellent training and mentoring and the opportunity to complete work based NVQ’s in Customer Services when permanent

Essential Candidate Requirements:
•Experience working within a customer focussed role
•Confident and friendly telephone manner
•Ability to remain calm under pressure
•Motivated, resilient and target driven
•Accurate data inputting skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
•Good speaking and listening skills
•Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
•Experience of working in a financial organisation and adhering to the Data Protection Act would be an advantage
