Logistics Administration
Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary / Temporary to Permanent division is currently recruiting for Logistics / Customer Services Administrators to work within a busy but small logistics company.
IMMEDIATE START
PAY RATE £8.50 – £9.00 PER HOUR
MON – FRI 09.00 – 17.30
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Point of contact with regards to business customer’s queries re the distribution of goods.
Booking deliveries, allocating stock and ensuring deliveries meet service levels.
Maintaining an in-house database, logging call information and data entry
Checking paper work and completing administrative tasks.
Advising drivers of run times and delivery date and times
Advising customers of delivery times
Monitoring and recording KPI’s and SLA’s
Hours of work 09.00 – 17.30 / Monday to Friday.
It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:
Sound knowledge of administrative functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc)
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Computer literate
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
Ability to work under pressure
