Part-Time Customer Service/Administrator

IMMEDIATE START FOR PAID FULL TIME TRAINING – FOR APPROXIMATELY A FORTNIGHT (9.00 -17.00 FIVE DAYS A WEEK) AND THEN HOURS OF WORK WILL BE:

HOURS OF WORK:SAT 09:00 – 18.00 AND SUN 10.30 – 16.00 PLUS ONE DAY IN THE WEEK OF YOUR CHOOSING.

SAT AND SUN IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

To ensure that the telephone is answered promptly in a professional and polite manner.

To ensure customers are given courteous and prompt attention on arrival at reception.

Deal with customers’ complaints promptly and take appropriate steps to prevent any further repercussions.

To ensure all messages and information is taken accurately and passed onto the appropriate person

Notify customers of any delivery amendments and make appropriate delivery arrangements

To ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are maintained.

To ensure that personal appearance/hygiene and staff dress standards are in accordance with company policy.

It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:

Previous experience in an administration role

Basic knowledge of MS Office including Word/Excel/Outlook

Effective communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines and objectives
