GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
Relevant professional level qualification
Experience with calculation/maths/finance
Broad understanding of all aspects of Local Government Pension Scheme
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively through all available channels, to both members and colleagues alike.
Excellent attention to detail.
Be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to delivering pension administration and record maintenance
Good IT skills
Fully competent in MS Office applications
Working in a similar environment, where you have shown the ability to be calm under pressure and make timely decisions.
Highly motivated and be performance focussed and driven to provide excellent customer service.
Experience of working in a similar role or within the pensions industry
