Post Room Administrator/Customer Service – Town Centre
Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary – Permanent division is currently recruiting a Post Room Administrator to work within a busy and vibrant town centre office.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accepting and distributing incoming mail to relevant departments
Scanning/filing and faxing
Data Entry for updating records on in-house system
Responsible for all outgoing mail, preparing packaging and correct postage to include registered post.
Answering, accepting and signing for all parcel and letter deliveries at front of house.
Assisting with outbound telephone calls to debtors and setting up payment plans.
General office admin duties
Some Heavy Lifting Involved so must be physically fit
Hours of work 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate – £7.50 Per Hour
It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:
Sound knowledge of basic administrative functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc)
Good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
A Permanent jobs may be available upon completion of a temporary period of work.
