Sales Administrator – £8.50 (Temp – 6 Months)
Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary division is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator.
TEMPORARY PAY RATE: £8.50 per hour
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Updating a sales order database
Send out and process mailshots
Book appointments for the sales team
Data entry and database management
General duties as required
It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:
Sound knowledge of administrative functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc.)
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
Ability to work under pressure
