Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Permanent division is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager to work for a Client in Wellingborough.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a a dynamic forward thinking company, who is offering a competitive salary and great benefits.
This role would suit a candidate that has worked in a; Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Depot Manager, Site Manager or General Manager role previously.
- Manage a team of 10+ operatives
- Report to the Operations Manager.
- Responsible for up to 5+ key accounts including e-commerce accounts
- Be responsible for inbound, pick and outbound operations.
- Responsible for hitting SLA’s including pick accuracy and stock integrity
- Have full control of the operating budget for headcount.
- Be responsible for the inventory management through your teams.
- Accountable for people development within the operation.
